Remote Talent / Payouts

Payouts

Get paid the way that works where you are.

A bank account, a Wise or Revolut balance, or a USDC or USDT wallet — picked per invoice and changed whenever you move. Nine rails, five networks, 200+ countries.

Three lanes

Pick the rail that suits where you are — per invoice.

Each invoice carries its own payout destination, so a euro invoice can settle to a SEPA account while a dollar invoice goes to a stablecoin wallet. Change it whenever you move country.

Bank account

The one that always works

Choose your country and the app shows only the rails that actually exist there. SEPA across the euro area, ACH and domestic wire in the US, local bank transfer in 53 currencies, and international SWIFT everywhere else.

Hold it, decide later

Wise and Revolut payouts go to your WiseTag or RevTag rather than an IBAN — so changing country does not mean re-entering bank details. Wise holds 50+ currencies in one balance; Revolut covers USD, EUR and GBP.

Stablecoin

When the bank is the bottleneck

USDC and USDT payouts on the network you already use, to a custodial account or a wallet you hold the keys to. Dollar-denominated value without needing a US bank account to hold it.

How the money moves

Four stages, all of them visible.

Invoice issued

You send it with a payout method already attached. The client gets a PDF and a way to pay.

Client pays

Bank transfer or card, in their currency. Card adds a 4% processing fee on their side.

We settle

Funds land, the invoice flips to payment received, and the flat 35 fee comes out of the settlement.

Sent out to you

To the method on that invoice. The invoice records the date it left, with a transfer receipt.

The fee never comes out of your pocket. It is deducted from the settled amount when your client pays — so drafts, clients, contracts and unpaid invoices cost nothing at all.

Stablecoin detail

Networks and wallets, spelled out.

Crypto payouts are only useful if they are precise. You pick the chain when you add the wallet, name it something you will recognise, and the app confirms both before anything is saved.

Guardrails that matter more than features.

01

The network is named, not implied

"USDC on Base" — never just "USDC". Sending to the wrong network is the single most common way people lose stablecoin transfers.

02

A display name you chose

Wallets show as "Coinbase wallet" or whatever you called them, so picking a payout destination is not a matter of reading hex strings.

03

A warning you have to read

Before a wallet is saved the app states plainly that transfers are irreversible and that the wrong network loses the funds.

Add a payout method: bank account, Wise, Revolut, USDC or USDT.

Independent.
Not alone.

Invoicing, contracts, payouts and visa evidence in one place — on the device you already carry.
